JPS ARIF SDN BHD provides civil and structural consultancy services in feasibility studies, project planning, management consultancy, project management, detailed engineering design, contract documentation and construction supervision, both under conventional and design and build requirements.
JPS ARIF SDN BHD is lead by
Ir. Paul Yap Kok Wai as Directors
Ir. Ng Chien Faan Donald and Ir. Tan Koh Yon as the Associate Directors.
The Consultancy was founded in August 2002, bringing together professional and chartered engineers as well as managers, with international and local experience, to give value engineering to our clients.

We are active in the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure and industrial projects. Whilst the effective management, appropriate engineering safety and health, and environmental needs of each project are taken into account, the commercial aspect is given the particular attention.
Our Mission
To set up an in-house technical training centre by year 2020.
Helping our associates to achieve higher in terms of profit and practicing of professionalism.
To have at least fifty (50) company long term staffs, members, associates by year 2021.
To have at least one competent qualified professional Engineer to lead in each specialized engineering field of drainage, water, sewerage, and road traffic by year 2021.
To train up top Design Engineer in the field of drainage and traffic engineering by year 2025.
To provide the best Drainage Engineering solution for D.I.D Sabah by year 2023.
Our Vision
To set up an unmatched system that can enrich and uphold the profession of Civil Engineering consulting firms such that government and the public can be served better and benefitted from such system.
Mid Term
To serve more than fifteen thousand (15,000) households in area of floods currently nine thousand eight hundred (9,800) as of June 2022, water supply and sewer system in year 2015.
Long Term
To serve more than forty thousand (40,000) households in area of floods, water supply and sewer system in year 2030.
Production of Great Problem Solvers
To set up a system that can lift and up hold the profession of Civil Engineering consulting firm in Sabah in such that government and the public can be served better and benefitted from such system.
To train up;
i. At least one hundred (100) problem solves by year of 2025.
ii. At least five hundred (500) problem solves by year 2030.
